Free Legal Advice

"Free Legal Advice", critiques the U.S. justice system by illustrating just how disconnected it is with the public. The scenario of a lawyer farting loudly in court, though embarrassing, may or may not be a valid reason to dismiss a criminal case.   Note:  In order to file a claim you must be able to prove your mouth was open at the precise time your lawyer launched her methane-laced, blast, and you accidentally swallowed some of her gun powder.  Some legal experts are convinced it won't work.  While others say it's worth a try.   Even so, court proceedings prioritize substantive legal arguments and evidence over courtroom antics. This example highlights the perceived absurdity of courtroom dynamics but does not impact the course of legal proceedings in some jurisdictions, unless you fall seriously ill from your lawyer's wicked fart cloud.
